You can’t blame the Hall of Famer for holding onto this ball; the National League won the doubleheader All-Star game(s) of 1960 (beating Fox and his American League teammates handily, 5-3 and 6-0), and by no surprise, considering the names bestowed upon this EX ball. Directly received from the Fox family, the Official National League (Giles) ball has Roberto Clemente (red ink), Ernie Banks (red ink), Hank Aaron, Vada Pinson, Fred Hutchinson, Stan Musial, Walt Alston, Ed Mathews, Bill Mazeroski, Orlando Cepeda, Willie Mays (very light), Dick Groat and more.
