Half a dozen sports stars are spotlighted in this set of five original oil paintings. Here's the lineup: Orlando Cepeda on canvas with a bull depicted, representing his nickname, "The Baby Bull." The 24x30" artwork was signed by Cepeda in gold, as well as "Robert Stephen Simon 1991" on the bottom right. Also an original oil painting on board signed by Cepeda in gold at the bottom and "Walker 91" on the bottom right, measuring 30x40", Casey Stengel original oil painting on canvas measuring 24x30" and 32x38" in its frame and signed "Robert Stephen Simon 1991" on the bottom right. There's also an old plaque on the bottom with the engraving: "The Ole Professor by Robert Stephen Simon," a Roberto Alomar original oil painting on board signed by the star second baseman in gold on the bottom right, as well as by "Walker 91" on bottom right. It measures 30x40" and 36x45" in its frame. Then there's "Hull & Oates," a 36x48" (43x55" framed) painting on canvas signed by Brett Hull and Adam Oates in blue, as well as by "Robert Stephen Simon 1991" on the bottom right. The piece includes a gold plaque on the bottom with the engraving "Hull & Oates by Robert Stephen Simon." Lastly, a painting on canvas of Nolan Ryan, signed by the Hall of Fame pitcher in gold, as well as by "Robert Stephen Simon 1991" in the same corner, alongside a gold plaque with the engraving "Texas Homecoming by Robert Stephen Simon." The artwork measures 36x48" and 44x56" in its frame.
