One of the Last Autographs Moe Berg Ever Signed

After a 15-year playing career, Moe Berg became a WWII spy with the Office of Strategic Services. This in-person signatures comes from the 1971 World Series in Baltimore. The entire score page is signed with the biggest Berg autograph we have seen. "For Bd 1971 World Series...Moe Berg." Also accompanying Moe is: Pie Traynor, Casey Stengel, Danny Murtaugh, Stan Musial, Rollie Hemsley, Ray Scarborough and Bob Prince. Moe Berg sat unknowingly with sports writer Jimmy Cannon, and he died the following year. In-person autographs of the 1934 Japan Tour spy following his career are nearly impossible to find.
