Outstanding 1940's Superman Cardboard Advertising Sign
Resplendent 15x10" full- color ad sign advertises the original Superman radio program with Bud Collyer. True blue standing figure of the Man of Steel stands out for all to see. The product packaging for Oglive Minute Oats is there with Superman right on the box. "Superman" is incorrectly across his chest on both, which adds charm and character. Invites you to "Listen" to the Superman radio show on 28 Canadian stations (Oglive was obviously the major sponsor for the show in Canada). Great image of an early microphone tops it all off. Graphics are incredible, missing the easel back, o/w NRMT. Stunning!
