Oversized Photographs of Star Racehorses (36)
A once in a lifetime opportunity to own this incredible collection of extremely rare and valuable original photographs that are increasingly hard to obtain. Incorporated are several Triple Crown winners. All items are contained in an oversized archival binder and each is keyed to respective descriptions. The photographs include: Native Dancer (4), Count Fleet (2), Assault (4), Omaha, Whirlaway, Affirmed, Northern Dancer, and Swaps. There are eleven photos from the 1930s TC events including the start and finish of many. Three unique shots are from Sagamore Farm of Native Dancer fame and two photocopies are included. The photocopies are only listed due to the fact they are of Ruffian and Rachel Alexandra and both signed by their jockeys accompanied by a C.O.A. Other photos are of Tom Rolfe, Ridan, and a few from 1951 and 1957 TC races. Many of the impressive photographs are NM with those from the 1930s in Excellent or better condition.
