Patsy Cline Autograph
Living hard, fast and boozy, the star-crossed Cline conquered the country charts in the '50s with open-wound renditions of "Crazy", "I Fall to Pieces" and "She's Got You". She survived a near-fatal car crash in 1961 but on March 4, 1963 her private plane went down in bad weather in Tennessee, killing her at age 30. Cline autographs are today at a premium. She signed the back of this Billboard magazine page featuring ads for country performers and though the signature in blue pen is light it's clear and readable, a 7/10. Two-sided page is EX and also signed by George Jones, Kitty Wells and Jimmy Wakely.
