Paul McCartney Letters To President Clinton (2)
A unique piece from the White House and Paul. Two letters from Paul, written on his personal green stationary. The first is a formal letter (an invitation to a vegetarian charity function) sent to the President on behalf of Peta (Paul’s favorite animal charity). The second is a personal letter for the same event. This great piece is personally signed, “Paul” in black pen: “To Mr. President and First lady (or dare I say Bill and Hillary).” Formal letter is not hand signed, but what a great look into the relationship between celebrities and world leaders. The letter goes on to list the celebrities that will attend, as well as what they will eat and events for this black tie affair. Dated June 4, 1999 in NRMT condition, measuring 7x10”. Both are on formal green Paul McCartney letterhead.
