Pete Reiser Crashes Into Outfield Wall Original Negatives (3)

One of the most sad and captivating “events” in baseball. The great Pete Reiser literally ruined his promising career by habitually crashing into outfield walls. Here are three negatives encapsulating this freakish but highly motivated behavior. These three are all 4x5” and show him crashing into the wall, being carried from the field on a stretcher, and lying in the hospital with uniform still on while his wife comforts him.
