This collection of extremely rare, valuable, and sought after photographs from the 1930s includes twelve from famed photographers Caufield & Shook, and hard to obtain pictures from Turf & Sport, International News, & ACME. Also included are five 35mm original negatives of War Admiral’s win in the Washington Handicap at Laurel Park. The negatives (copies made of photos – not part of above totals) to allow the winning bidder to view two shots of the post parade, the crowd, start and after winning. The exclusive right to use these negatives are conveyed to the successful bidder. The majority of these magnificent photographs are in NM condition with others Excellent to Excellent plus.
