The recent death of Prince Rainier adds value to this already highly desirable 1st day cover featuring 5 different-color stamps issued on April 19, 1956 to commemorate the royal wedding that joined Grace Kelly and the Prince of Monaco in storybook matrimony, and their dual signatures on a rare envelope printed upon the occasion and used for Pan American World Airways. Signatures are in black marker, with the Princess signing as "Grace de Monaco." Signatures are NRMT, stamps EX-MT, envelope VG-EX with some light browning.
