Rare 1930's Mickey Mouse Pitcher & Six Glasses
Walt Disney creation released in only Cuba in the mid-1930's. A rare giveaway for a drink known as "Materva," a drink made from Mate leaves. The advertising asks you to take a sip of pleasure, of this delightful drink (translated). Pitcher is a masterful 10" high with all the very colorful characters represented in the glasses ringing it. Six 4.5" glasses each boast Horace Horsecollar, Clarabell Cow, Pluto Pup, Donald Duck and Minnie Mouse. Overall EX-MT condition. Missing only the Mickey glass (the easiest to find) to be a complete set.
