Rare 1931 Tour of Japan Program with Lou Gehrig and Lefty Grove on the Cover
What a great program! It starts out with Lou Gehrig and Lefty Grove on the cover, but it only gets better. Inside are individual rotogravure photographs of each member of the team including Mickey Cochrane, Frankie Frisch, Al Simmons, Walter Maranville, Lefty O'Doul, George Kelly and more. The US team was playing the Waseda Univ team and members of that team are pictured inside as well. Un-scored. Excellent condition.
