Rare 1948 Braves World Series Press Pass and 1950 Schedule Cigarette Pack Holder
This is a truly unique find, the press pass is shaped just like the Braves logo, a headress festooned Indian and dates from the 1948 World Series. The feathers of the headress were the actual admittance coupons and though the series went to 6 games, the game 6 & 7 coupons are still attached. Also included in this lot is metal cigarette pack holder with the entire 1950 Home game schedule printed on the back. The front is adorned with the traditional Indian head logo of the Boston Braves. This is a great collection of rare mid-century Boston Braves memorabilia and the condition of both the cigarette pack holder as well as the press pass is EX.
