Rare 1968 Detroit Tigers Souvenir Hat and Championship Pennant
Rare 1968 Detroit Tigers souvenir hat and championship pennant. 1) Faux straw hat style lid is actually made of styrofoam and we have never seen this before. White hat has orange hatband stating "Detroit Tigers A.L. Champs 1968 World Series," thus it was likely sold during that series and remains in incredible condition with no obvious chips to the styrofoam. 2) Pennant/banner is 10x16", made of velvet-like material with metal hanger bar at top. Detroit topped the St. Louis Cardinals in seven games to win the championship. Both pieces are in EX condition.
