1968 Topps Basketball Test Issue #16 Bill Bridges card. The card has been graded and encapsulated by PSA EX-MT 6. It has a clear image of Bridges shooting a basketball with smooth edges. All four corners are fairly sharp. It is off center top to bottom as well as slightly left to right. It has a clean and defect free reverse.
