Famous American illustrator John Cullen Murphy created this beautiful page for Sport Magazine that commemorates various sports stars, with the two-time MVP Rogers Hornsby front and center. The Hall of Fame legend generated an excellent signature in strong, blue ballpoint pen, dating it 1958, which was five years before his death. Hornsby's .358 lifetime batting average is second only to fellow Hall of Fame legend Ty Cobb.
