Sammy Sosa 496th Homerun Baseball
Offered is the very ball that Slammin' Sammy launched over the left field wall on September 15, 2002 at Cinergy Field to record career homer #496. A three run homer in the 8th inning off of the Reds' Scott Sullivan (Sammy's 46th of the season), the ball sailed over the left field wall and was retrieved by the security guard who was stationed there. Included is his personal LOA, along with his schedule for that day, and Sosa's HR record sheet. Official Major League baseball shows nice game use and is notated in ink, "9/15/02 55, 496."
