Seabiscuit & Red Pollard (1937)
Wonderful view of this steam engine and master in practice. He still draws quite a crowd. A beautiful print by the way, very unique, very worthy of The 'Biscuit. Dated April 15, 1937. Couple of creases and minuscule tears. Overall still lovely. 8x10”.

This lot is from the legendary San Francisco Examiner Archive (SFXArchive).
This is one largest collections ever of historic vintage photos spanning the entire 20th century.
