Silverbulletday 1999 Kentucky Oaks Winner's Blanket

A champion at age two and three, Silverbulletday was the winner of 15 of 23 career lifetime starts and amassed winnings exceeding $3 million. Her 13 stakes wins included the Ashland Stakes, Kentucky Oaks, Gazelle Handicap, Alabama Stakes and Black Eyed Susan Stakes. Silverbulletday was elected into the Hall of Fame in 2009 and has a race named after her running annually at the Fair Grounds Race Course. This white blanket with yellow letters spelling out "1993 KENTUCKY OAKS" was presented to Silverbulletday's connections after her win in the sister race to the Kentucky Derby. The race's logo is also stitched in the blanket.
