Ted Williams 1947 Bangor Maine Fishing Trip Photograph Album (ex-Ted Williams Family)
The "Splendid Splinter" was the king of New England, and during his down time liked to cast his line into nearby waters. This 10" x 13" photo album contains several large photos and news clippings from his mid-season, 24-hour fishing trip to Bangor, Maine, on July 1, 1947. The photos are VG with some minor water damage, and there's also a great map marking the fishing spot. Comes with an LOA from Williams' son-in-law, in whose possession this book has been.
