These are the original production cels for the Beatles' animated feature film, <i>Yellow Submarine</i>, obtained from the film's producer and innovator. It was he who originally had the idea of making an animated film to go along with the music of the Beatles' "Yellow Submarine." The 1968 release in effect sealed the Beatles cult following. This was more than just a movie, it was an experience that had an entire generation mesmerized and infatuated with its positive messages and images, set to the ingenious music of their rock and roll idols. We are proud to offer the most amazing images extant of this cult film. Three different cels from different points in the movie include little images of the Beatles in falling and standing positions against a production background, yellow submarine with production background, & "Sea of Time" (Father Time) with actual one-of-a-kind hand-cut cut-outs. Each is individually framed. Excellent condition. Thousands of these cels have been commercially available for years, but nothing like these unprecedented beauties, straight from the producer's personal collection.
