The Doors 1967-71 Concert Handbill Find (15)
A spectacular collection of 13 different Doors concert handbills, a sheet of the Doors stationary, & a large Magic Mountain Music Festival pass (1967). There are four handbills from 1967 plus the Magic Mountain pass. The Doors at the Fillmore West - Jan. 6 & 7, Berkeley Community Theatre - October 15, a benefit concert at KFRC Magic Mountain Music Festival - June 3 & 4, & a summer schedule (Doors appearance Sept. 15 & 16) handbill from the Ambassador Theatre in Washington D.C. There are four from '68. The Folk Rock Festival at the Santa Clara Fairgrounds - May 18 & 19, Happening No. 3 at the Fresno Fairgrounds - June 7, at Berkeley Community Theatre - Feb 10, & a Seattle summer schedule (Doors appearance July 12 at Seattle Center Arena also Pink Floyd). For 1969 there are two, one at Balboa Stadium in San Diego - Oct 26 and the other at the Seattle Pop Festival with Led Zeppelin on July 27. Includes only one for 1970 and one for 1971, at the Vancouver PNE Coliseum on June 6 and at the Hollywood Palladium on Nov. 26, respectively. The Palladium is actually an ad card. They vary in size from 5x7” to 9x11”. The Seattle Pop Festival has a piece of corner missing otherwise all are excellent to mint.
