Three Early Brooklyn Baseball Schedules
These three pocket schedules date from before the "Roaring '20s" and provide a nice snapshot of the era. The first is a more traditional two-panel schedule card measuring 5x4." One side contains advertisements and the other lists Brooklyn's schedule, separated by "at Home" and "Abroad." While the year isn't listed, the schedule places it for the 1913 season. The other two are multi-page pocket schedules measuring 4.5x 2.5" for the entire National League, with the 1917 edition provided "compliments of Brooklyn 'Superbas'" and the 1918 sched "compliments of Brooklyn National League Baseball Club." The condition of all three is good, while the 1913 schedule has some writing on the front.
