1-2) 1975-76 Majorie L. Everett Winner's Tiffany Sterling Silver Ashtrays. She was a titan in the horse racing world, especially in Chicago and Los Angeles. Marjorie L. Everett was the recipient of these two commemorative ashtrays from 1975 and 1976, respectively, thanks to the exploits of two of her horses. The first measures 5.5x5.5" and features the following engraving: "ROLLING HILLS ESTATES MAY 2, 1975 1-1/8 MILES (TURF) $25,000 ADDED WON BY EL TARTA OWNER - MARJORIE L. EVERETT TRAINER - CHARLES WHITTINGHAM JOCKEY - FERNANDO TORO TIME - 1:48:4." The second one measures 5.75x4.5" and reads: "8th RACE JUNE 11, 1976 - 6-1/2 FURLONGS $25,000 WON BY MATUN OWNER MARJORIE L. EVERETT, TRAINER - CHARLES WHITTINGHAM JOCKEY - FERNANDO TORO TIME: 1:14:2." Both bear the Tiffany & Co., Makers, Sterling Silver engraving. Everett owned the famed L.A. racetrack Hollywood Park. 3) 1976 Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Tray Won at Belmont Park. Measures 22" wide and is pure sterling silver. Engraved "Tiffany & Co, Makers 8448, Sterling Silver, 925-1000, T" on back and "New York Racing Association, The Bowling Green, Belmont, 1976, Won by Sea High Stable's Erwin Boy" on front. Won at Belmont Park. Nearly 100 ounces of sterling silver.
