Tony Cassalato 1977-79 WHA Birmingham Bulls Game Worn Jersey
WHA hockey came to the Heart of Dixie in 1977-79 with the entry of the Birmingham Bulls. Tony Cassalato put up 63 points in those seasons wearing this #24 Russell Athletic XL sweater. With a tie front and showing extensive game wear, this is a true rarity from that league's short but rather successful tenure. Tony went on to play for the Washington Capitals for parts of three seasons.
