Tony Lazzeri Autographed Check - PSA MT 9
Tony Lazzeri made his mark in the major leagues as part of the New York Yankees' famed "Murderer's Row" of the late 1920s. This item is a check signed by Lazzeri for ten dollars, drawn on the the Bank of America and dated June 28, 1943. The check was written to Phil Seghi, who was a manager in the minor leagues at the time and eventually went on to become the general manager of the Cleveland Indians. Lazzeri's signature on the front is in black ink, certified PSA MT 9. Seghi's signature is also on the back of the canceled check.
