Two Pairs Dave Parker Cleats

Two Pairs Dave Parker Cleats

Parker, who'd won the NL MVP award in 1978 while with the Pirates, took his booming bat to Cincinnati for a 4-year run from 1984-87. These two pairs of size-12 Adidas cleats were worn for some of the time he patrolled right field at Riverfront, one pair clearly much more than the other. Red shoes have white trimming and red laces, with the heavier-worn cleats bearing his number "39" handwritten on both tongues one in black the other in green marker, and caked-on dirt on the bottoms. Light use on the other pair.
