Ty Cobb Signed Letter
This item is a personal letter to a fan handwritten by Ty Cobb on his own stationery. The 7x10" paper is yellowing at the edges and has some patches on the back, apparently from being displayed. In the lengthy note, dated Jan 14, 1936, Cobb explains to his fan that, as much as he would like to send one, he no longer has photographs available to send since his retirement in 1928. The writing is all clearly legible and this item is in Excellent condition, while the signature is approximately 7.5/10.
