Vintage 1960s Magneto Marvel Comics Costume
Magneto's costume consists of a hard plastic helmet-style mask featuring a bright red and purple paint scheme with horns protruding from the forehead, and a matching purple cape with formed purple faux metal shoulder plate with large studding around the perimiter. How else would you dress a mutant revolutionary and conquerer with the superhuman power to control magnetism? We can't imagine. The costume was used for promotional purposes in the 1960s by Marvel Entertainment.
