1) 1888 Goodwin Champions N162 card of Jockey James McLaughlin. Graded EX+ and noted as first graded by GAI. 2) Pimlico Badge, Maryland Jockey Club, No. 17. 3) Maryland Jockey Club printers block. 4) Halter identification (metal) worn by Irish Lad, star of the early 1900s. Named the American Champion 2-year-old in 1902. Winner of several prestigious stakes races, he established a World Record on dirt for 1 3/8th miles in 1904. 5) Stopwatch, in excellent working order, presented to famed harness driver Bion Shively. The timepiece was awarded to Shively in 1953 as winner of the "good Guy Award." He was the first driver to be inducted into harness writer's living Hall of Fame. The year before receiving the stopwatch, he was the oldest to ever win the Hambletonian, at age 74. 6) Portion of the beautiful bronze railing from the Fairgrounds Racetrack mounted on a plaque. Accompanying it is the magazine with the article and pictures from the March 24, 1990, Blood-Horse (2). In addition to all being extremely rare, they are all in great condition, with the jockey card rated EX+.
