"War Admiral" 1936 First Wins Programs and Pass (3)

"War Admiral" 1936 First Wins Programs and Pass (3)

Fabulous pieces relating to the great steed, War Admiral: 1) April 25, 1936, first race ever and first win ever at Havre-de-Grace. Extremely rare and desirable program avidly sought by advanced collectors. The few specimens have sparked major bidding wars. 2-3) September 19, 1936, Eastern Shore Handicap at Havre-De-Grace program. This was his first stakes race win ever and a very desirable program also. Comes with impossible to find matching "Grand Stand & Paddock" pass from same race. For the second day of the meeting equating to September 19, 1936. Nice on front, scrapbook paper on back could be removed. Most likely the only one in existence. Both programs have pencil marks and paper loss on backs otherwise in EX condition.
