Willard Hershberger Suicide Catcher Signed Photo
This is such a rare autograph, from the only major league player to commit suicide during the baseball season. Willard Hershberger played for only two years and was only 30 when he died, and his Reds memorialized him by winning the World Series "for Hershie" that year. What a tribute and feat. Beautifully executed 10/10 autograph reads "W Hershberger" on 5x7" type I photo, four pinholes with minor wear around corners.
