(2) Babe Ruth & Lou Gehrig Signed Baseballs
Two vintage OAL (Barnard) baseballs of great significance. One is the New York Yankees, circa 1928 w/ 21 total signatures including Ruth, Gehrig, Combs, Lazzeri, Hoyt, Shocker & more. Signatures are somewhat faded with several interruptions in the leather surface of Ruth’s signature. The other appears to an autographed ball from the 1927 Bustin’ Babes & Larrupin’ Lou’s Tour, boasting (2) faded Ruth signatures, and a slightly less faded Gehrig. Lefty O’Doul’s faded signature is also present. Both balls are toned to about the same color.
