1936 AL All-Star Team Signed Baseball with Lou Gehrig
A landmark All-Star team marked by the first National League victory played in Boston, led by the brilliant pitching of Dizzy Dean and Carl Hubbell. Pitching for the AL were Lefty Grove and Mel Harder. Rookie, Joe DiMaggio is introduced, starting in the outfield (his signature is light, but there). OAL (William Harridge) ball is graced by signatures from Lou Gehrig, one of the nicer signatures on this ball. Other great signatures from Foxx, Goslin, Ferrell (sweet spot), Cronin, Gehringer, & Gomez. Signatures range from light to EX. Ball is slightly off-white.
