12/31/28 Walter Hagen Signed Guest Book Page w/Handwritten Poem (PSA)
Unique 1928 signed guestbook page from golf pioneer Walter Hagen. Page measures 15x11", is from The Carriage Stone, and includes signatures from Hagen and about 20 others from New Year's Eve. Poem written in Hagen's hand (perhaps while under the influence of an adult beverage or two) reads, "On the course a Hagen ball/Off the course a 'High' ball/18 holes just a game/19th hole just a damn shame/But both holes can/Be played in the rain/may I call here once/Again! in vain - Walter Hagen 1929." Hagen was a 4-time winner of the British Open, 5-time PGA Tournament winner, and captured two US Open titles. Comes with PSA LOA.
