1778 Printing of the Declaration of Independence and State Constitutions
London printing of <i>The Consitiutions of the Several Independent States of America; the Declaration of Independence; the Articles of Confederation Between the said States and the Treaties between His Most Christian Majesty and the United States of America</i> contains constitutions for each of the original 13 independent states. The Constitution, then called the Articles of Confederation is printed in its entirety and was agreed to by Congress on Nov. 15, 1777 (ratified by March 1, 1781).
