1860's Winchester Lever Action Rifle

1860's Winchester Lever Action Rifle

The Gun That Won The West! Winchester lever action rifles were among the earliest of all repeating models and played a big role in settling the Western states. The saddle ring carbine has a serial number of 464368b (1893)and has a gun metal grey patina. The stock shows use with several dings and dents but presents nicely. These guns were made to be used so marks like these should be expected. The trigger mechanism of this .38 caliber is in fine working order and appears to be all original. A super example of fine Winchester craftsmanship.
