1865 American Game of Baseball Aquatint by Sidney Z. Lucas
This 1930s print is a hand-colored rendition of the classic Currier & Ives print, "The American National Game of Baseball." This is a wonderful reproduction that captures the simplicity and innocence of the game of baseball as it was seen over a hundred years ago. The entire portrait measures 30x24" including matting and frame and is slightly trimmed, though the framing hides this nicely. Otherwise this great piece of Americana is in Excellent condition.
