1930’s Colored House of David Broadside (22x32”)
Fantastic broadside on cardboard boasts the coming of “The Original Negro Whiskered Ball Club.” Look closely at the photo, yep, it’s the great John Donaldson, founder of the All Nations team, and Charley Hancock, the “Black Babe Ruth”. Original folds, light paper loss and two damaged corners cannot diminish the significance of such a piece. Appearance is much better than the technical VG rating.
