1875 Yale vs. Columbia Complimentary Ticket
From Yale's fourth season of football comes this extremely early ticket that is a valentine to the sport in its infancy. The 4x2.5" complimentary card admits "Bearer and Ladies for Dec. 4th 1875," which is the day that Yale faced Columbia at Hamilton Park in New Haven, CT. The ticket is in EX condition with some light foxing on the back and a score of Columbia 3 Yale 2 penciled on the back.
