1891 Football Noseguard
Rock-hard high-density rubber protective gear was worn before the advent of the facemask. Guard was held in place by biting down on a slightly softer "bit," and ventilation holds allowed the player to breathe. Cloth neck strap. Condition is the best we’ve seen, with 1891 patent stamp clearly visible inside.
