1880s Buck Ewing Salesman Sample Cigar Label

This cigar label is only the second of its type that we've seen. The illustration depicts Buck Ewing, who was a major league catcher from 1880-97. The diamond-shaped illustration in the background is of people playing baseball, with the words "Crack Catcher" alongside the image of Ewing in catcher's gear. It is stamped as being from "Geo S. Harris and Sons, Cigar Box Labels and Trimmings" in Philadelphia, number 4757, and with a listed price of "$25.00 per 1000, $2.75 per 100." There is a tape mark on the back, and this label is in Excellent condition.
