Ultra Rare Schilling Coffee Card Joe Arenas
Offered is a very rare card of Joe Arenas produced by the Schilling Coffee Company. The card measures 4 x 5 13/16ths inches and is in EX-MT condition. There is a slight bit of toning on the reverse probably from being rubbed up against something, and there is an erased pencil mark on the top right corner of the reverse. These cards are almost non-existent and were either produced as a give away for a 49ers game or as a promotional piece, which was incorporated with the Schilling Coffee product. The exact year of production is not known, however, considering that Arenas played for the 49ers from '51-'57, the timeline can be narrowed down to those six years. This card was shown to several advanced football card collectors and football historians and they were unable to give an exact number of cards issued or how the cards were distributed. This is an extremely rare card and will make and excellent addition to any advanced football card collection.
