1880s Newsboy Cabinets Collection of 5 Cyclists - All SGC Graded
Distributed by the National Tobacco Works of New York City, these 4.25 x 6.5" cabinet cards were issued to promote Newsboy Plug tobacco. These five cards were part of a massive 600+ card set which contained all types of sporting members, including these cyclists. Each card has been graded and encapsulated by SGC. Includes: #101 Geo. A. Baker SGC 20 Fair 1.5, #103 John S. Johnson SGC 35 Good+ 2.5, #106 W.S. Sanger SGC 20 Fair 1.5, #108 Geo. F. Taylor SGC 35 Good+ 2.5 and #111 H.C. Wheeler SGC 35 Good +2.5.
