1887 Old Judge Tobacco Card Uncut Sheet
Tremendous visual appeal. An incredible specimen that has survived the test of time for 125 years. These cards were issued by Goodwin & Co. in their Old Judge and Gypsy Queen cigarettes. The cards on the sheet are sepia-toned photographs without the cardboard backing. Sheet features 24 cards including Connie Mack, Big Sam Thompson, Larry Twitchel, Roger Connor, Ned Williamson, Chirstian Von Der Ahe, etc. Sheet measures 10” x 10”. It is magnificently displayed in a 21” x 14” frame. There is a crease across the 2nd row from the top. The right edge of the sheet exhibits the most wear and is jagged. Minor tears and other light creasing. A true piece of baseball card culture. VG.
