1892 John L. Sullivan vs. James Corbett Full Press Ticket
From one of the most famous boxing matches of all-time, this ancient ticket comes from the World Heavyweight Championship bout between John L. Sullivan and "Gentleman" James Corbett in New Orleans on September 7, 1892, during which Corbett won via knockout in the 21st round. The ticket is stamped "Press" on both the front and back, and the condition is rough with a missing top-left corner, creasing, and tears on the left/bottom-right corner. The ticket price of $15 might just get you a beer at a heavyweight match these days.
