1896 Grover Cleveland Signed Document
Grover Cleveland actually won the popular vote for president three times, serving two nonconsecutive terms in the White House. He wrote and signed this proclamation appointing Harry Burgess as additional second lieutenant corps of engineers on February 3, 1896. It measures 18.5" x 22" in its frame and is in EX condition.
