1899 Tom Sharkey Vs. Kid McCoy Unused Boxing Ticket
On January 10, 1899 at the Lenox Athletic Club in New York, heavyweights Tom Sharkey and Kid McCoy met in the main event. Sharkey knocked McCoy out in the 10th round. We offer here a full ticket for this event, the smaller of the two versions. The ticket names the fighters, date and venue. The print is bold. Ticket has rounded corners, but not creased with some soiling. 1 3/4" x 4." Rare.
