1904 Pittsburgh Pirates Team Composite Photograph by Carl Horner w/Honus Wagner T206 Image

Fantastic team composite showcases the 1909 Pittsburgh Pirates and includes Honus Wagner at the top left corner - the exact image from his T206 card. This is one of the finer examples of this 20.75x16.5" piece extant, which is very rare and desirable as less than 10 are known to exist. The bottom half has been cleaned with some minor professional retouching and there are a few chips on the edges and some minor stains, but even even with its flaws, the 16 portrait images are incredibly sharp and clear. Wagner amassed an impressive league leading dead-ball era .349 batting average, not far off his lifetime .328 mark amassed over a magnificent 21-year career and his legend continues to grow, with his T206 card pulling in over $3 million at auction in 2020.
