1906 Canadian Football Championship Team Photo Display (34x41")
Twenty-four remark-ably clean and perfect vintage portraits of these athletes from north of the border are joined together here to form a truly dignified display. Each player and/or executive is identified in hand-drawn calligraphy, with footer reading, "Hamilton Tigers, Canadian Champions 1906." Some water staining at bot-tom does not extend more than two inches from bottom and does not touch the photography at all. Othrwise the condition is much as it was in the early part of the twenti-eth century, including the great original wooden frame.
